Where can I find nutrition/allergen information?
Great question! We ship orders from the fulfillment center of our State Inspected Boutique Candy Shop. We have on-staff an Allergen and "Food Handler" certified Team member to provide ingredient lists upon request.
Please email Robin@RobinsCandy.com and we will be happy to provide a nutritional label and any ingredient lists for your order.
Please note, all product is stored in a facility shared with product containing common allergens including but not limited to Nuts, Tree nuts, Eggs, Gluten, Dairy and Soy. The possibility of cross-exposure exists. If you have Food Allergies or sensitivities, please consult a medical professional before ordering.
How do you ship?
We ship the majority of packages using USPS Ground. Insurance and tracking are included. Packages ship without a signature required . You are charged a flat rate of $10 for Ground Shipments within the lower 48. If you require a signature, wish to expedite or have other Shipping questions, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 413-528-8477 between 11:30-4pm EST M-F . We will do our very best to accomodate all special shipping requests!
Can I customize my Basket or order items not pictured on the site?
YES and YES! Our Baskets are themed and filled with hand picked selections from our inventory of over 1000 treats. If you would like a specific item included, or a custom basket, favors, centerpieces or other items check the "CUSTOM" tab for instructions, email us: email@example.com or call us 413-528-8477 11:30-4pm EST M-F to let us create your "dream sweet treat!"
